It seems like February is the month for snow here in the Midwest. We had a winter blast that left us with 8-10 inches of snow from 2 snow storms. Here are some of pictures of Korey and I shoveling and being silly.

Go Colts!
Even though the Colts did not win the Super Bowl, I thought I would share how we prepared for game day. Great Season Colts, and I cannot wait for next season!
Douglas R. Patenheimer
On January 14th we lost an amazing man. Korey's father passed after a 4 year battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. He was awaiting a lung transplant. Now he is not "tethered" to his oxygen and he can breath deeply.
His funeral was beyond amazing. It showed what a truly amazing man he was. His involvement in the community was huge and he displayed it proudly. He will never be forgotten. Below is a picture of the procession to the cemetery...breathtaking.

New Years catch-up
To bring in 2010 we celebrated in true style with the Neukam's at Britton Tavern. We had a blast and can't wait to do it again. Sadly, I do not have any pictures. Randi (cousin-in-law...I think that is right?) took some great pictures. Check them out on her blog. Thanks Randi for sharing!
Christmas Catch-up
This year we were lucky enough to have the whole family at our house for Christmas this year. We celebrated many times in many different ways. We are so blessed to have such a fantastic, supportive, and loving family. We love you all!

...and our water heater decided to get a hole in it on Christmas Eve!
Thank you RT Moore for coming to fix it :)

Halloween Catch-up
We were lucky enough to be able have the 2nd Annual Partenheimer Halloween Party. As usual we went out with a "BANG". We tired to add some extras from last year: booze luge and haunted house wall. The Haunted House wall went over wonderfully, but sadly the booze luge had some technical difficulties. Needless to say there were some power tools involved to fix it. Here are a few photos from the night. Can't wait for next year!
