Today Korey and I went to watch Michael's lacrosse game. They played Heritage Christian and ended up winning the game. Lacrosse seems to be a fun game, but confusing for spectators. I am convinced that is why he chose this sport. This way no one can give him advice because we have no idea what is going on. Here are some of the actions shots.

Happy Birthday to me!
Today I turned 24 at 6:42. It was an absolutely wonderful day! Thank you for all of the birthday wishes! My birthday started off Friday, when my hubby surprised me with decorations, presents, and pie! Korey and Killian gave me some attachments to my Kitchen Aid mixer, Juno the movie, and a coupon for free labor on our deck for this summer. On my actual birthday we went out to P.F. Chang's with my parents and Michael. They just spoiled me rotten with gifts. We had an amazing meal! Sadly I forgot to take pictures :( Thanks again for the wonderful birthday!

Andrew and Emily's Couple Shower
Andrew and Emily had a wonderful wedding shower at Nick's English Hut. It was hosted by Emily's Bridal Party. Everything was wonderful and we had such a good time. There was tons of food, fun, and laughter.

Killian's Ouchie
Killian had a little "run in" at day care today with another dog's tooth. He didn't even know it happened. 5 stitches later he is resting at home. All is fine, but just a little bit of drama.

Sorry if you have weak stomach, but it looks better than before the stitches.

A Professor's Last Lecture
Check out this online article and lecture that I heard about on Good Morning America last week. Some poignant life lessons that made me cry...but then again, it doesn't take much. :) I want to try to always be more of a Tigger and less of an Eeyore!

Spring Break!
This week was my Spring Break, and instead of going to the beach I did some MAJOR spring cleaning. This included cleaning all of the closets, cleaning the windows inside and out, moving boxes of Christmas stuff and such to the attic, pulling weeds, and planting new grass. It feels great to have everything done and ready for spring. In order to move all of our Christmas boxes to the attic we (or mostly Korey) had to build a platform to put the boxes on. This was our first big "married" project. We accomplished it! We also had a visitor for a few days. Little Miss. Ella (a friend of the family's dog) came to visit for a few days. Killian and her got along great and had a lot of fun. They were fast friends. Overall it was a fun, relaxing week. Now back to the grind.
Yes we took a picture on it....we were very proud!
